What will you be doing every day?
- Manage the recruiting process while providing consultative solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs. This includes mainly Sourcing and moving candidates deeper into the vetting process. In the future, you may handle full-cycle US recruiting process, including: Screening, Scheduling, and Negotiations. This will be determined based on performance.
- Proactively network to build a strong pipeline of talent within skill-set areas.
- Creatively source, track, and organize candidate profiles in our ATS, and potentially client’s ATS.
- Consistently exceed activity numbers and billing goals
- Routinely identify candidates that result in being placed each month.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred strongly. MBA or Master’s a plus!
- 3+ years of proven Sourcing & Recruitment experience
- Exposure to ATS systems.
- Sourcing techniques/tools experience – not only posting jobs, but sourcing candidates on Sourcing Platforms & Talent-focused Databases. Examples include (amongst other): LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Google Ads (formerly AdWords), JobDiva, Hiretual, Slack, GitHub or other. *** These versions are not specifically required, these are examples. ****
- Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up and learn new tools and technologies
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- MUST BE AMENABLE TO WORK ONSITE (DAVAO CITY) AND NIGHT SHIFT. REMOTE IS POSSIBLE FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES THAT ALIGN TO WESOURCE BUSINESS MODEL VERY WELL.
Preferences (NOT required):
- Proven experience Recruiting for clients located in U.S. market.
- (IT/Tech Recruitment is a big PLUS – especially Software Engineers.
- Sourcing techniques/tools experience using custom or auto-generated Boolean search strings on different Sourcing Platforms & Talent-focused Databases.
- Proficiency with Web Scraping Tools or Web Spiders / Crawlers is a BIG plus. Let’s talk!
