All of our Recruiters and Sourcers complete a 6 Course, Tech Recruiting Certification Program.  

Focus:  Frontend, Backend, and DevOps Engineering, as well as, a well-established Tech Recruiting Framework and Methodology (i.e. Tech Toolkit).  WeSource Recruiters are known for exceptional communication skills.  All WeSource Lead Recruiters have worked in the technology space recruiting Software Engineers with U.S. based companies for years.
