WeSource is the result of a successful shared experience between our Co-Founders. They were the first clients of WeSource. Before WeSource was WeSource both Co-Founders worked with their current team of employees out of the Philippines operating their own successful businesses, one named was identified by Forbes as one of America’s Best Executive Search Firms in 2021. Our Co-Founders then partnered to make WeSource a reality.

Co-Founder and President, Bryan Erkkila, has 20 years’ experience recruiting Technology Executives and SW Architects & Engineers. He’s Founder of Executive Search firm, Yellow Tree Executive Search. As previously stated, Yellow Tree Executive Search was identified by Forbes as one of America’s Best Executive Search Firms in 2021.
Co-Founder & CEO, Brian Steele, has spent the last 18 years as a successful Trial Attorney and has built a well-recognized Law Practice. Brian is Managing Partner of Steele Law, PLLC. Steele Law’s attorneys represent clients in several areas of practice including employment law. Brian holds degrees from Gustavus Adolphus College and Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law. He’s also a graduate of the National College – Defense summer session Harvard University – 2015.
